Former Cruiser Weight Boxing Champ: Richie “The Mountain” Lamontage.

Defensive Edge is pleased to announce that Richie “The Mountain” LaMontagne will be running our Boxing Program. The former Champ: (USBF Cruiserweight Title 1995, EBA Cruiserweight Title 2002, IBA America’s Super Cruiserweight Title 2002) Richie LaMontagne will be teaching the “Sweet Science” every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM!  We are working on adding more boxing classes very soon!  Come try our classes to develop skills from a man who knows how to be a champion both in and out of the ring!

You don’t need to spar to train like a champion!  This class will get you in shape while teaching the science of Boxing!

marcus-davis-bob-burtonUFC Veteran and Pro Boxer Marcus “The Irish Hand Grenade” Davis visited Defensive Edge to work out with his old boxing coach Joe Lake.  Davis worked out with us and to sparred a few rounds with Defensive Edge Pro MMA Fighter Bob Burton and grappled a few of our BJJ Students.  Davis was a gentleman and paused for some pictures with some of our youth students.  We hope to have Marcus Visit more often!
