Bob Burton Wins Again!

Congratulations to Defensive Edge's Bob Burton who defeated Colorado's Ashley Gooch in 2:09 of the first round in his professional MMA debut!  Bob's amateur record was 3-1 he is now 1-0 as a pro. 

Burton has been training with American Top Team Boston/Bestway BJJ located at Defensive Edge MMA in Wakefield Mass for just over 2 years.   He's been putting in grueling hours of training in Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing (with coach Joe Lake),  and strength and conditioning.  "He's a workhorse" said Rick Alford  "He comes in sometimes twice per day for workouts and never quits or complains"  You can't teach that!  Click read more to see our gallery.
